anything altered in the engine compartment on an "evo" will VOID your warranty.

but then again, they would have to proof that the cause of whatever, is due to the modification.

let's face it again and again, Mitsu Warranty is whack!

Walle is right, they would have to directly prove that the BOV caused the damage. But, I've never heard or read anything on here about damage from a BOV. So, you should be fine. But, try to stay away from the HKS SSQV. Too many bad stories about it on here.

i just called the dealership i got it from in costa mesa california and they actually will TUNE your evo!! and they do it for dirt too. all their parts were fairly priced because i did my searches on ebay as well. and they have everything that you put on under warranty too!! god damm im lucky.

well if u r in south florida they will void your power train warranty for that.... if its just a bov do your self a favor and keep the stock one close by...its a 15 minute swap and it only matters if you have a warranty issue.

no it will not void your warranty.....only if the installed part causes the failure, then warranty will not cover it.

say you spin a main bearing, u cant blame that on a bov. sure they will try to dick you around and you will most likely need to get a lawyer involved....
