If you really want loud the just unbolt the exhaust at the O2 housing. I did this once on my talon and man was it loud and on boost it was really loud and kinda cool too.Plus think of the weight savings

That will definately **** your neighbors off

Early in the morning preferably around 4am(during th deepeest rem sleep) start the car let it idle for a few minutes then rev the motor up to 5K a few times
