I saw a demonstration on one of the evolutionm.net threads that proves that Apexi keeps the intake path cleaner than any other filter on the market. That's the filter you should go for 100% IMO, but as to what Intake system to go for, they all seem pretty similar to me, but I'd stay away from the K&N Typhoon. I was at Atlantic Motorsports during a dyno session with someone that had that intake and it was costing him horsepower. There is an obstruction built into the intake pipe which causes this....

Where you already have your drop in filter, I'd save your money for cams then get the tune. You'll have better returns if you get cams instead of spending moremoney on an intake. The stocker is really not that bad.

+1 on the drop in filter / mods

FTR - I really like the way my Blitz filter and Induction cover works - stock box, with open cone perfromance.....it lets 600+ CFM pass through it! - more than double the stock "coffee filter" that comes in the car.

IMHO

Injen It use to come with just the intake and UICP when I bought it, but now for the same price you get the intake, UICP, and the LICP. It's a pretty good deal.

HKS RS FTW. If you are concerned about the filter getting dirty, which all of them do regardless, I would get the three layer filter element from HKS or slap on a Apexi Filter. Either way HKS still has the best intake system out there hands down. Dyno proven.
