Help - Driver's window not working right

Hi all.

I have searched this forum for power window problems and have not found an answer. The auto switch in my driver's window does not work at all. I have to keep it pressed all the time while it's going down. I know the button has two positions, so it's not that I'm not pressing it all the way down.

Also, to close that window, the movement is in steps. It goes up like 4 or five inches and it stops. So I have to press the switch like five times to close the window. It's really annoying.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I'm new here (traded 07 STi for Evo) and I'm looking forward to get the most knowledge from this forum as I would also like to help you guys in all that I can.
