In that case Evo.....
You should start with fortifying the block.
Buschur makes some super stout motors, and AMS' 2.3RR is an ultra high caliber motor.
Really any of the top names on the board build very stout motors.
SlowBoy, English racing and so on.
Heres how I would do it
2.3RR by AMS
Cosworth head
Built with dual valve springs, titanium retainers
Full Race GT4088 twin scroll turbo kit
(Kit includes all piping, downpipe, hardware, intercooler and piping, as well as a BOV)
APS 3.5" catback exhaust, with test pipe
Carbonetic 2 disk carbon clutch
RC Eng 1000cc injectors (or larger if necessary)
FullBlown twin in tank pump kit
GSC S2 evo cams for the evo 9
AEM cam gears
AEM EMS with wideband
AEM Boost controller
AEM gauges (they all work together as an entire unit, so its a nice setup, solid)
Full Race Radiator with slimline fan
Shep Racing tranny,
ShepRacing T-Case
For good measure I'd add on Stasis 14.5" rotors
Varis Carbon GT wide fenders
Air vents for Fenders
Ralliart carbon lip
Varis oil cooler/air filter inlet (carbon)
Beatrush front under panel (good for street)
Voltex rear diffuser
Varis sideskirts with carbon basis
Varis Carbon hood
Voltex rear fenders
Enkei NT03 18x9.5 with 265/35R18 A048's
Sparco Evo drivers seat
Cusco power braces (there are 3 that I know of)
Cusco rear sway bar
tein Super racing dampeners with EDFC on rebound and compression (im a geek)
Well, thats my dream list....minus a couple of nasty custom pieces Im dreaming up, that are secret.
Considering Im broke now, why dont you go ahead and pile this stuff on, and I'll come take it for a spin for...oh, I dont know, forever?
Just kidding. But if you want to be a fast evo, there are several good parts on my list you can use. Best of luck!

Oh, and I meant how is the RPS on the Supra?
I havent seen too many great things come from them on Evos....
If you're gonna spend the money, the Tilton is the way to go, as well as the Carbonetic, or the Exedy triple carbon HD (which is used by a very many of the highest HP and fastest cars out there).

Oh, you are gonna need an upgraded clutch with all those mods. Evo's clutches are known for going out early.
Also, a bigger throttle body! My favorite mod ever. It smooths out gear transition and driving feels more fluid, aside from the added horsepower gains.

Evogasm, if you are not going with a 30r or bigger turbo the buschur cams will be too much for the stock turbo.
I personally will be going with the GSC s1's on my stock turbo'd car.
Other than that you have a great list.
PM me for any questions about tuning the stock ecu.
