Hey dudes I love Import cars sense I was a kid and love the Evo I test drove the Evo X and I thought the seats were really tight and I would have to change them out asap if I bought it but I came to thinking and I really love the E92 M3.
What do you guys think should I get the Evo X or a M3 coupe (I think the sedan looks like ****).

The tough decision is that the in the M3 I cant take my friends and its not as convenient as a 4 door sedan. Also BMW has a better warranty and cover basically everything. But I do love the Evo from Top to bottom and would love to mood it with about 10k worth of dough or you guys think I should get the M3 it more of a chick magnet but hey just need some opinions.

It's a little tough on the decision....The Evo X GSR has a more fun personality. The '08 M3 has a more serious personality. You will get more respect for having a BMW in your garage, but the Evo will be a more lightweight/fun car to drive. It's a tough decision for me between the two choices. If you ask my choice....I would buy a Lotus Exige S240....whoops that's not one of the options for you is it???

 

Why not drive both and then decide?

 

if you have only $60k to spend, then the evo will give you more, specially when you spend $20K + on it. At the same time you still will have a stock M3.
BUT if you got more money to spend then the M3.

 

i went from owning three turbo charged cars ( STi's) and went to a 350z after and let me tell you.. naturally aspirated is harder to extract power out of like a forced induction vehicle.. i hate the linear power curve sometimes.. i love the rush of a turbo car.. the m3 although fast is known to have a very linear power curve... i just ordered a JDM Evo X and can't wait to sell my Z....

 

M3....... come on man...

If i were in your situation and had that kind of bankroll , i would choose the M3 over the X hands down. The X is a great platform but if you are worried you can't fit your friends in a M3 coupe why not look at the Audi RS4, its in the same price range as the M3.
