1999= 35th Aniv. GT's come with raised scoop and regulars GT's don't have raised scoops
2000= Spring feature GT's come with Rasied scoop and regular GT hav eno raised scoop
2001= Raised scoop now standard on all GT's, including Bullit GT.
2002= Same as 2001

But I had a 2001 GT scoop put on my 2000 GT

Out of curiosity, what was the actual 1/4 mile time, as it says corrected to sea level? And was this Bandimere? What was the outside temp? I ask since I got a disappointing time in my car, and was curious about your time.

Can I say welcome, even though I have yet to introduce myself?

My best time at Bandi is a 14.62 @ 95.32mph with a 2.2 60', The time in my sig is my old best which was a 14.65 @ 94.34mph from last season with 15 less rwhp and with a 2.1 60'. I just haven't change it yet. My GT shoudl be running 14.4-14.5, I just need to get my 60's down to a 2.1 or better on these tires. I normally get between a 2.2-2.3. I'm playing around with tire pressure in the back to see which is best. My clutch is also starting to slip alittle, so new clutch would equal 14.4's I hope.

Right on. I can't recall my 60' times, but I thought they were 2.2-2.5. What sucks for me is that I seem to run out of pull on the top end. Sometimes I really miss my Mustang. Yours is really nice. See you around, maybe in an Evo soon!

If you REALLY want to import an EVO 6 then check out this site:

http://japaneseusedcars.com/auction/dealer_stock.htm

Importing isnt as hard as you may think.....BUT.....the registration/legalizing might get a little steep....BUT....I believe the cheaper/older the car....the less it may be.....I am about to import either a EVO 5 or 7....

Sell your Stang and left nut (or whichever you favor most)....and Waaalaaaa...

You got urself an evo 6!
