yea, it was a handfull of custom tuned evo's that BR did. And i think I remember hearing about a dealership selling them. Not many out there. I'm sure BR will chime in with a lil more info.

yeah buschurs line of evos there is the 330 and 350

With the BR350 being the big brother to the BR330, of course means more modifications and more bang for your buck. The following is a complete list of the modifications done to the BR350.
BR 2.5" Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel Downpipe
BR 3" Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust
BR Air Filter Kit
Oil Pan Heat Shield
BR Polished Exhaust Manifold Heatshield
BR Spark Plug Cover
BR 2.5" Upper Intercooler Pipe w/ stock BOV
BR Mini Battery Kit
Ported Exhaust Manifold
Ported Turbine Housing
Ported 02 Housing

Starting with an already impressive sedan the BR350 package propels the Evo 9 into super car status. This optional performance package will not only drop your 0-60 mph times from 4.7 seconds to 3.9 seconds it will also drop your ¼ mile times from 13.4 at 104 mph to an amazing 12.6 seconds at 110 mph! You will also lose some weight, taking an additional 55 pounds from the cars already lightweight design. Impressed with the cars stock horsepower and torque levels? How about an additional 74 horsepower and 74 foot pounds of torque bringing the Evo 9 to 350 horsepower and 355 foot pounds of torque! You’ll find this is more than enough to take yourself and 4 of your friends to dinner……very quickly.

that was taken from their website take a look at it www.buschurracing.com

They are right I've got number 7 in the series, I have the 2006 ix mr, although not all the br350's were MR edition cars. In 2006 the only produced 24 of these cars. The best thing about them is of course their rarity, similar to yenko camero's and panelli mustangs. Secondly they are 350hp with an existing warranty....

Ralliart UK sells "official" upgraded Evos called the FQ series. They have various trim levels that represent the HP that the car makes - FQ300, FQ320, FQ340, FQ400. The beauty of those is that they would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, you can't buy them in the US.

Buschur Racing took the idea and created their own series, including the BR350 that you saw. I don't know the deal, but I think at least some were sold like that through dealers, and therefore came already "approved" modified, and would be warrantied.

My facts could be totally wrong, but that's basically what's in my head after being on this site for 4 or 5 years...

^ ya its kinda the US version of the FQ Still wish I had a FQ400 or even a BR400 and yes only Evo 8 I think I have never heard of any 9 but there may be a few.. No X's yet tho... I think a few of the BR are warrantied still by factory... I think its kinda the same deal with the FQ'S but only through a few dealerships... Only the ones that sold the cars.. So only a dealer that sold a BR350 car not just any Mitsubishi dealer and it still has to be mostly in the same as when it was bought like no more additional moding I think...
