Those widebans are expensive though sometimes, and they dont match well with other guages. Youd have to get an AEM boost gauge then, AEM EUGO, and AEM oil press + A pillar.

thats like.. $700?

Where is the proper place to install a wideband? I always heard in the DP before the cat above horizontal so that the sensor doesnt get damaged due to moisture* but a buddy told me that you can also install it in the exhaust mani too? I'm just curious.
I tried searching but I just must not be great at that hahah

IDK if its a wideband or not, but you can get 3 of their gauges + a pillar for like 110 bucks..
So I might go Booost, AFR, and Oil Pres.
i don't think that's a wideband

an afr gauge will read air fuel ratios but you will not be able to log the ratios. Logging them makes it very useful for the tuner to dial you in accordingly. search around here about widebands and you will learn a lot.

As far as where you should mount the sensor ,I think you are better placing it farther back in the exhaust stream on the back of the downpipe right before the cat. This keeps the sensor away from heat. But it makes me wonder because the front o2 sensor on our cars will be hit with tons of heat? Either way I would put it on the back of your downpipe.

Wideband should be installed down stream before the cat as vertical as possible.

PLX is always a good choice, no need for re-calibration like some and dead accurate.
