That's especially amusing when you consider that STI is an acronym for sexually transmitted infection.

No I wouldn't consider jumping ship. However, I do like the STi - just not as well as the Evo.

i have driven them all and would never leave the 03 evos lol. i HATE the feel of electronic controls on the drivetrain IE. ACD, DCCD. i prefer the mechanical diffs of the 03-04 evos. also the sti 6speed i hate with a passion besides it being slower. there is no way to justify the extra 10k for an STI over the WRX.

Point 1. In terms of everyday Driving.. I drive my evo literally every day. I have 84K miles on it.. And you have no idea just how much fun I love enjoying the power at my foot. STI's have a nicer dash and that's about it.. the seats are too weak and soft to be functional and the interior is rated about the same as the Evo.

Point 2. A DSG Transmission..??? WTF it seems you missed the point in buying a performance car. Manual transmissions are quite more enjoyable to drive. When the computer starts doing the work for you and you find that enjoyable you might as well get a automatic transmission.

Point 3. The engine of the STI is better sounding..?? WTF You make it seem like this is a valid contest or something.. Get a nice exhaust and listen to the 4G63 Rev. I don't know about you but mine sounds pretty ****en mean.

Point 4. The Evo Engine is far superior in terms of reliability and performance over the STI motor. I know 6 of my friends and all of them have blown their engine due to the factories bad ECU lean fuel settings from factory. I don't know if you've heard but alot of new stock STI's are blowing up due to this problem. There was even a factory reflash to fix this problem. My car has never been down... it's my only car and all I do is keep the maintenance on it. It returns the favor to me everyday I turn that key.

The evo isn't for everyone and from the looks of it it seems you need to find a quieter practical and more luxury vehicle.. It seems you bought the Evo for all the wrong reasons.

Actually more like a Ralliart beating an Evo but, yeah I get your point. I thought that only the 0-60 time was quicker?
