yea but i don't really like the IX so much, i know it's faster but it has that kid racer look to it, at least the X looks more grown up and respectable like the old TL or IS350

Idk what the "hard decision" is all about, if you can afford it go for it. You only live once!
I'd practically do anything for a new black evo x gsr.

I agree man. If you can afford it just go for it. No need to be regretting later on down the road. If I can find $27k -- $27.5 Evo X GSR/sss OTD + 0% apr for 60 months. I'd be all over it too!

Huge doubt you can find that kind of pricing after TTL & 0% APR. More realistic for a GSR+SSS is $29K + Tax/Title/License + 0% APR if you are lucky to find a dealer that is clearing out their remaining Xs. Inventory has really started to thin out lately and dealers know it.

To the OP, push for what they originally quoted you. That's already a great deal... if not, compromise a little bit. Either way, you will come out ahead. With the current deals on these Xs, it's really a no-brainer.

so i try to go into the dealer sunday, my contact person already left for the day when i called.

i told him i would just get with him tomorrow and the guy on the phone said what was it about.. i told him we had agreed on 27,300+ TTL for the 08 evo X gsr with sss.

he said come on down we'll make the deal for you

i said are you sure? i do NOT want to waste my time/gas driving down there if you aren't gonna give me the price agreed on.

"yes come down, we'll make the deal"

so i go down, showed him the printout of the emails between me and the internet manager, they offered 17k for my car trade-in, and the evo X gsr w sss for 27,900 originally, and a follow up email saying he would match 27,300 and to come down and pick the evo i want.

he goes away, comes back "the owner of the dealership will not give you the car for that price, we want 29k + ttl"

sucka's made me waste gas and time going there, on a side note the original guy emailed me and said he would still try to swing the deal possibly @ 27,900 + TTL.

of the 3 silvers there they ALL had deep scratches that i don't think will buff out
