To poor for an evo

Hey I'm new here! I've had my lancer for 2 almost 3 years now and I should have joined long ago! I'm way to poor for a evo although I've wanted one for years...

I'll get one after I graduate and get a job. Hopefully.

Go to school in SAn Diego Ca

not my first auto site, but first site for mitsu owners. I'm stoked since everyone owns a mitsu here and there's only like 3 on the other site.

One more thing. New Evos rears are super ugly.

That's all thanks for reading!!!

screw that. you'd end up spending more money then just buying an evo.

just keep saving

Haha ive been told to stop spending money on it from a lot of my friends but some say just spend money on it you have it...

the way i figure is that its a hobby so ill spend money on it, but what ive done is stop spending money on performance parts... this seems dumb to a lot of people but ehh whatevs.. i know RRM got some power outta the 4G94, but man its a lot of work and money for an engine with (in my opinion) limited potential.. maybe ill turbo it. I doubt it. but im trying to make it look as badA$$ as possible..

when im out of college and have a full time job (i graduate in may) ill be looking for and EVO or... an STI.. haha dont hate me..

rather get an evo since i dont know **** about the boxer engin in the STI and i know a lot more about inline 4 bangers lol...

but yeah i spend money on it, but cosmetic stuff... then maybe some highschool kid will want to buy it when i get to old for a cool looking car with no power...

ha. I still like my car though!

Ha. I hear they are pretty sweet if you dont keep em stock and they can handle serious mods... but i couldnt do anything myself on em cause i dont know crap about boxer engines...

Well first thing I'd do is stop spending a single penny on the car you have. Every dollar in that could be going toward an Evo. Secondly take a second look at what you consider an unaffordable car.

There are people here working minimum wage jobs to pay for their car because:

A) They put owning a car over more important things in life
B) Absolutely love the car

I've met dudes who work at Von's/Cell Phone shops/Etc and own Evo's so I'm sure you can too unless you are a fulltime student! Then I'd tell you screw the Evo and go to school!

I'm a fulltime student and I plan on importing an Evo VIII/IX next summer - I will be 19 at that time.

Best of luck getting yourself an Evo aswell
