Question Average Loan Value on your EVO 9

I'm working with the bank now trying to see what the max they will give me for a 06 EVO with 12K miles. They are telling me between 16 and 19.5K depending on the options. I'm going to give them the VIN for the car I'm looking at and get a rock number.

What did you guys get when you bought yours??

Thanks,

Travis Stikeleather

That seems just a hair low, an evo 9 with 12k should be worth a little more than that.

When I bought my evo 8, the price was 14k, they said clean trade in value was 12,8xx.

But they said since my credit was good, they went up 10% and I got it.

Going to be based on your credit. How old are you?

My bank does 90% of the value but that's cuz it's a credit union. They don't want you to be upside down

Some banks are odd on used cars, too. IIRC, Chase here locally wouldn't finance anything older than 2005 or something.

The dealer finance guy spent 45 minutes explaining to a bank that my `08 really was a new car.

Chase has horrible rates compared to my credit union. They also just looked at my credit score, and how much i put down, and didnt take any time at all for them to give me a loan. It was only for 12,000 for an 03.
Im sure if you looked around at different banks, you could get different amounts, but the interest rate could go up also.
