I can agree with gas millage as my old Scion tC has the SAME gas millage as the Evo. I can also back him up on reliable. I spun out and ended up a curb, beat on it twice daily, and drove my car over a ditch and the car runs fine (knocks on wood). I don't think any car out there can take more abuse then a rally derived car.

EVO is a more advance than 3000 gt, Mitsubishi had more success with EVO than 3000 GT, this tells you something.

Just Get the Evo you wont Regret it like you would the 3 grand

But that Vr4 3000GT is hell of rare. I was just talking about this with my co-worker and he said he would probably pick the VR4 for rarity although the Evo for the fun.

What he said unless you can't afford the Evo than go for the 3KGT. It's a no brainer man but your money is your money and only you can make the ultimate decision. GL

And your asking this question on a "EVO" forum? You've got to be joking. LOL.

What the f@ck kind of question is that?! Should I get this black and white 13 inch tv. Or this 62 inch LCD? Tough choice. And what the hell is up with someone saying "evo hands damn"?? WTF? U mean down?

I have personally torn down my uncles VR4 and Helped a buddy with his VR4 and that car can be a pita to work on. Very complicated, heavy, and expensive to fix. Upgrading them is way more expensive and does not yield anywhere near the performance of an evo with the same modifications. On the plus side there is a lifetime recall on the transfer case so you can blow that all you want (My buddy blew 2 on a bone stock car with ****ty tires). Rear wheels turning is cool but i guess AYC won out that battle.

+1 on the evo. The 3k is a heavy car. It is rare but it isn't like I see Evo's on every street corner.

BTW - to those that say Evo's get good mileage when stock, I am getting the best mileage of my ownership on my current tune - 430whp, MAF delete, VTA. I'd get even better mileage without these KDW2's (I saw an instant hit when I moved to those tires).

I think mitsu was just trying to hard with the VR4? Did they wanna make a skyline killer or something? I mean active aero is cool but at what cost?

i thought this was a joke when i first opened the thread....

VR4's IMO are garbage, my brother has one, and not one thing about that car impressed me even a little bit.

And comparing an evo to a VR4?!?!....not even close, evo out performs this car in every aspect.

EVO FTW!
