there is no right or wrong answer you should really search if your talking about stock framed turbos then

shearers manifold 1194
Full Race manifold 818
Ported/Coated stocker 200
Custom Made

35r turbos and above usually come with a manfold as you have the buy the 4k kit anywho. there

I recommend you camp out in the dyno results forum.
Youll see that as far as t3 based manifolds go, your decision may very well depend on aesthetics. Runner lengths make a difference in where the power band is, but generally all manifolds are very similar. Make sure its guaranteed against cracking.

Stock frame turbo manifolds have been covered by rockman with, imo, the only options id venture.

im going the 35r route so when the time comes im going to research the right mani.
Im sure the typical ramhorn dyno result will be very similar which is the type of mani i plan on running.
But yea id roam the dyno threads to find a mani turbo combo that suits you

For a stock framed turbo like the Red, Green, Black, BBK, SST, and others, or pretty much anything stock block 500whp and under, it's very hard to beat a properly ported and coated stock manifold. The gains from very expensive tubular setups are minimal usually with drawbacks like higher heat under hood, decreased reliability from being more prone to cracking, and decreased bottom end torque. For the price the ported/coated stocker cannot be beaten.

MAP has a nice ported and coated stocker as well as Buschur.

A cheap alternative is a Megan SS tubular. They seem to eventually crack and you do trade bottom end for top slightly. They're good for a year or two usually, but cheap enough that isn't too bad. The stocker just lasts though.

For bigger turbos t3/t4 custom tubular is the only way to go. There's many threads on this in the drivetrane and other sections. I believe Shearer makes the best stuff followed by Full Race or ETS. Many people make custom manifolds though. It can be quite expensive.
