I haven't picked up my X yet, but I've already purchased an ebc.
Soon I'll get uicp, tbe, intake, twm ss and all shifter bushings.
I'll have a busy first week.
Any thoughts on the Megan racing products? Good? Bad? So so?

Drove home from the dealership and immediately removed the seat back foam from the Recaro and made my own to fit my back. Finally found a use for the couple blocks of memory foam I found cheap last year. So comfy.

Only have a few miles on the car since then, but first impression is it breathes well. Not a lot of tutorial needed, the seat back comes apart really easily. I just cut the raw block of foam with a razor blade and an old electric turkey knife until it was similarly sized and roughly shaped like the stock foam, then it was lots of small trims until it felt right.

I'm 6' 2-1/2", 200lbs. The seat back couldn't be better fitting, thank god. What was wrong with the way the seats felt? The only folks I have heard complaints from in my car were those who didn't like the bottom part, because the passengers' "bottom parts" were wider than the Recaros

I'm the worst culprit for that. I wear dress shoes to work, and the heels have chipped the driver side up pretty noticably. Ce la vi. I bought it to worship via driving it, not looking at its side skirts. Price to pay for the enjoyment every every every day!
