Yes, it is better than a stock IX blow off valve, can hold more pressure and can vent to atmosphere if a overboost situation occurs.

There are a million threads on BOV selection.

Please start searching for your answers before posting up many threads asking questions. This and the ACD issues have been discussed IN DEPTH. It seems like you are just posting and not searching at all....

to me either the Trial(made for no maf really) or the APS TWIN VENT is the way to go period. i have seen the aps hold 40psi without leaking the most the stock 9 can do CRUSHED is like 28psi and even then it might still leak. If you are upping the power and not going to go aftermarket ecu then APS TWIN VENT all day long. I run it for sure on my car and my buddy that posted above me does its simply put the best

OR, you could save a buttload of cash and get a 1g dsm BOV and modify it per this procedure: BOV mod. There are many people who have done this and seen 30psi+ without leaking. Plus, they're a dime a dozen

The dual vent APS is designed to primarily recirculate to satisfy the MAF, but also to allow for VTA when at high boost. The APS valve eliminated all BOV/DV flutter issues for me.
