will a v6 mivec fit?

does anybody know if a v6 mivec will fit??....how hard of a swap is it?...how much for the actual engine?...does the tranny fit?....

if this does fit...man...i will surely have one by march...that will kick @ss...

if you mean the v6 mivec from the fto yes it will fit. the only downside i think is that all piping must be custom made. and i think it fits like a glove so dont plan on turbo afterwards. the transmission expenses will be about the same as any normal swap. but if you own a shop or know someone who does who is cool about you using his lift for a long weekend by all means try it. keep in mind that no engine swap is perfect and you will have some problems that you may not have thought about. but you'd be the first person i've heard of in usa to swap it. you might just want to get a whole fto front clip for reference when you're doing it. that way you could use the upgraded cv joints and all that other stuff. good luck if you're serious.

yeah...i would be really interested...just tobe different especially if its gonna turn out to be the same as going turbo!!! cost wise anyways

the FTO was another killer Mitsubishi supercar that we didn't get stateside.

The FTO was Mitsu's equalvenet (sp) in marketing as the eclipse for the states while the other were targeted elsewhere.
