All of those aside.... on a semi low mileage motor like my own....
I would:
Ported BR exh. mani
FP Red with oil lines
Walbro FP
1000cc injectors
CBRD IC
I would make my own pipes, but if you couldn't go with any makers
3" TB.... BR or something who knows
H&R coils
Excedy double clutch
Enkei T37 wheels with some sticky icky rubber (or go cheaper depending on how much $ I had left)
and Tune by BR cause they are closest to me...
That should be around $10g

everyone is telling you to pay the car off, but if you're ballin enough to be sittin on 10k just for mods you probably aren't paying on the car. So I'd say.... before we can give a good answer maybe you should tell us what your goals for the car are. Drag monster? Time attack champion? Weekend autocrosser and canyon runner? Drivability or outright power?
