Hey guys!,

I haven't been on this forum in a while, but with a new job I am finally looking to purchase my dream evo from my 2003 lancer. I got a few questions and wanted to get some advice from the members.

1. Money not being an option would you perfer the gsr or mr? Is the paddle shifters just as fun as driving a manual?

2.Would you buy an already modded evo X, or stick with a base and do modifications yourself? And would you pay 26K for a modded GSR(catback, rims,interior, SSL package..etc) or just pay 26K for a standard MR?

3.I have a uncle in the car business and I can purchasemy car at wholesale pricing(what the used dealers pay). Right now the GSR's go for low 20's full packaged and MR's going for about 26-28K, after checking prices they really don't seem to be that cheaper than retail..any thoughts on that?

im not really a fan of the 6 speed...and i wouldnt get a car that has already been modded..its really just up to what u feel about it man

 

I was thinking the same thing, because I don't know who installed it and there could possibly be some issues with it.

Why don't you perfer the 6 speed?
