Buying a used Evo, Fake MR?

Most dealers move cars in and out without giving much, if any, thought about the car.
About the price: it looks about right for a GSR with that mileage, provided it is in good condition. In my search, I found many problems with evos at dealers- one had clutch slipping so bad I couldn't get it out of the parking lot. All of them were still asking dealer blue book and more. Unfortunately, these aren't Civics or Camrys. Mileage and pictures alone are positively no way to judge the condition of an evo.
