FP Black VS FP RED

FP Black VS FP RED

Some people have been telling me my car doesnt have enough for an FP Black.

However my head is ported with HKS 272 , block has forged pistons, forged rods and ect.

My intercooler is rather small tell me reasons why I shouldnt go FP BLACK?
-Computadora(ECU) Evo 8 reflash
-Pistones Wiseco
-Connecting Rod (ahora bielas MANLEY)
-Arboles de leva HKS (ahora 272)
-Cam gears ajustables (sprockets)
-Casquillos Cosworth (ahora ACL RACE)
-Empaque de cabezote Cometic
-Tornillos del cabezote ARP
-Ported Head
-Inyectores Denso de 720cc
-Bomba de gasolina Walbro 255LPH
-Correa de tiempo Gates (ahora Mitsubishi OEM)
-Intercooler frontal Mishimoto
I mean all I need are larger injectors, better intercooler and ported turbo manifold for a black I think.

Of course and tuning.

What do you guys think?

well ill be the first to chime in first id set a goal of what you wanna beat...secondly with 720 cc injectors your limited to pump gas or race gas only no e85... if your gonna go black the hks 272 cams are good however if your tryin to make a lot of power theres gonna be some peak power left on the table.. id recommend switch out the mishimoto for like a 3.5 " ets intercooler with licp and uicp, and depending either a tubular exhaust manifold if cops dont give tickets a lot where you are...or go with a stock ported exhaust manifold. good luck

Fp black

just get the black and beside you have most of the supporting mods. you will make power and if you are looking for power the black is capable of making more power then the red. I coverted from the red to a black and the spool time is about the same maybe 300 rpm later then the red, but you wont feel the difference. Get the Black

is that 300 rpms in 3rd gear? What about 1st and 2nd?

Yeah I think all I need is larger intercooler 3.5 , ported exhaust manifold, 1200cc injectors and prob change out my exhaust system to 3.5 its at 3 inch right now. I also am running oem 02 housing.

If my budget allows id go for GSC S2 but if 720 are fine for a black ill keep them but i think its better to go with 1200 or 1000 at least.

I don't have an Fp black on my EVO pero pana you will need a bigger Intercooler due to the high heat in Panama, i used to run a truck intercooler in my RX7 and it helps so much in summer time, get bigger injectors a least 1200, a double pumper, and Mellon can work his magic with a e-mail tune, you will give anybody a good run for their money, Suerte.

you have plenty for the fp black, hell, i'd even go 280's for the cams.

i got similar setup minus the built head ...my sig has my numbers and mods....1200cc e85 single pump 500whp.i also am only running a ets 3 inch when i thought i had 3.5..so i just ordered a 4inch ets i/c and retune .see how it does.

Gsc s2 272 are fine I read that the gsc s3 are only to be used for gt40 or larger

Well the first question I need to ask what is your overall goal with your build? Drag? Road Racing? Street Power? If you cant answer then just get the Black.
