If you want help you should probably provide more information.

Have you done a boost leak test? Is the car stock? boost controller?

stock boost settings are different everywhere. Elevation is going to change everything because of air density. I hooked up a stock turbo the other day back on my evo and i hooked the wastegate up the stock way and its only running .7 bar and still runs great. Why worry about the amount of pressure thats in your charge pipes? Higher boost doesn't always mean more power. If your car is lacking power or something the first thing i would do is make a boost leak tester and see. It could be your wastegate too. If nothing is wrong and you want to up it get a mbc they go for 50-100 on here all day

Sorry iphone post... I was saying that it is normal to drop to 15 at redline but if it doesnt spike to above that then you probably got a boost leak.

^this is correct. But ya, do a boost leak test then come back here if it didn't correct the problem. Do you have an aftermarket BOV?

it peaks at 20, then tapers to 17 at redline. if he's only spiking 15 though, something is definitely wrong.
