i know this a stupid question cause i fig it out a year ago but now i just cant reminder how to get the link so i hope some one could help me with this i just got a new laptop and need to get my evoscan installed on it how do i do so i have already had it on my old laptop

 

Go to the EvoScan web site and log in with your username and password, everything from there you should be able to figure out, if you cant then you shouldnt be using it.

 

since when is it a username and password thing? when i purchased evoscan it was on their old limitless site and they emailed a link. i never got an email for the latest version like i have in the past. i submitted a support ticket but its been several months and never got a response. anyone know how to get the 2.7 version without paying a second time?

 

I already posted how, you need to log on with your username and password and you will be able to get your old password and download the newest version. Since you dont know how to use it here you go:

monkey's right. that's what I do when I use the site. i jsut downloaded 2.8.

 

I paid for evoscan back in 2006, why act like you're something special by posting like that? Back then it was never a username and password type thing.

 

If your using the 2006 version then that's on you, not knowing how to navigate a web site is also your problem. All it takes is getting on the site and searching around, google and searching is an amazing thing.

 

not a matter of knowing how to navigate the website, it must have changed in the past 2 months because last time i was on there it wasnt the same as it is now. i agree google and searching is great, i use it constantly so nothing new there. ive submitted several support tickets and emails but no response so its not that im not making an attempt. I cant do anything about me using an older version cause i never receive updates in my email smarty

I agree I never got an email about an update but if its a program you use, then why not check every now and then to see if there is an update? Thats how I found out about the update, sometimes you just have to do that, I dont see anyone posting that they got an email about the update, its just common sense.

 

on previous versions evoscan sent out automatic emails with a link for the update

 

All i had to do is go and register since i never had a user name and password when i origanlly purchased it. I was able to get 2.7 and a new security code within minutes.
