I may be exaggerating a little bit. But the boost creeps up soooo quick. Its actually hard to drive on the highway because when I am just cruising and going up a hill it starts building boost and pulling then I have to let out of it. Its really annoying. Idk who tuned it, but I definitely dont like it.

lol, it's far from too fast, but the rev limiter gets pretty annoying when the roads are slick and my tires arent hooking. Idk why this thread turned into this. I just wanted to see if someone could provide me with a stock tune, thats all. Sorry.

Who and what was it flashed by? You may have a tune that isn't working for the existing parts on the Evo. Do you still have contact with the former owner? It also sounds like you just need snow tires since you're describing how your tires basically spin out and you're afraid of losing control.

OP, if your EVO has mods that support its level of tune, then you can't simply load a stock tune.
Do you have a manual boost controller? If so simply turn down the boost to run on the wastegate only.
If no MBC then you could either reduce the ECU boost control, or simply pull some timing across the boosted area of the map.
Or, you could simply lower the rev limiter to, say, 3,000 rpm.
