had swifts on my evo 9 hated them i have Tanabe Sustec Lowering Springs right now on my 8 i have a good amount of body roll i handle turns pretty well ie. on ramps off ramps, but when you take those tight S turns lets say, i have insane amounts of body roll to the point where my *** end will come out.
