I have Tein Mono Flex and while I really like them, for the same money I would go with AST if I could do it over again. Custom valving and springs for the same price as the Teins go figure...
I had my car down for the count so I could not wait for AST to deliver while they were still in beta.

Almost all coilovers can adjust ride height. There are just as many factors with suspension as there are engine performance. 1 way adjustable, 2 way adjustable, spring rates, rebound, damper, etc. Each car is different and most importantly each driving style is different. If you are just looking for looks buy the cheapest height adjustable coilover money can buy. When you try to use those coils, you will most like start becoming a tad remorseful.

I helped my neighbor install the Eibach Pro Kit and he really likes it (I REALLY like it). I wish I had tried that in the first place. The ride is almost stock like, a little firmer but not to bad, and the handling is great for maybe $180-200? The drop is really nice and even and looks very cool.

You have done thing for yourself on this site. You fail to search and read the masses of informational threads. Many have picked up on this fact. Therefore, they wont help you. You have no idea the amount of information that you have finger tips away. Search and ye' shall receive.

You're probably going to want to stay away from the Tein lowering springs. I bought some MR struts, and s.tech springs were already on them. Body roll decreased, but the trade-off was severe. Unless the turn is completely smooth, the car bounces quite a bit- it can be pretty scary.
For the money, I'd go with the Eibach Pro Kit, as others have suggested, unless of course you can score a deal on some Swifts.
