i was checking in the car to SEMA earlier and i got asked if my car was the STI...when there was an actual STI in front of me....smh. i just pointed at the STI and said, no, this is not the STI, thats an STI in front of me.

In the last week I had 4 separate occasions were guys would say hey do a burn out and when I reply dude AWD or no I've gotten o must not be powerfull enough phsh ok and the other guy said my Honda can roast 1st gear ( it just got done raining) I was like I that's cool I hate gettin asked to do burn outs what's the point stupid kids lol

And for the record yes I can spin all 4 dry or wet but won't

I never got asked to do a burnout, but people ask me to do wheelies on my bike all the time. Even in traffic where there is no room to do so.

how much HP you need to spin all 4 in first gear in the dry WITHOUT slipping the clutch? north of 500?

my 400 aint doin it.

Well depends really when I was a newb and dumb my 2step would launch me on my stock turbo and I would spin 4 dry and that was wen I was at 330/ 295 but now my tq curve is pushed farther right which keeps me from spinning

Yea I know about the wheelie thing too i always get it then when I don't the yell pu*** I just laugh

Oh yes 400 will easily do it on cold tires I can spin 1st and hard chirp 2nd and I'm at 360tq.

this thread FTW subscribed I had a cop pull me over going through Bishop CA to make sure I didnt steal my VIII cuz it still had dealer plates on it, he complimented me after he checked out my info. Then about 5 miles down the road I get stoped by a CHP, he was askin me to rev it to 3500 rpm to make sure it had stock exhaust, then called 3 other CHP officers to check out my car, one said " no way those brakes are stock!" Made me pop my hood and everything. felt like I was back in my 1990 Integra 30 mins later I was sent on my way with a speeding ticket
