You got it... Actually JDM Lancer CE GSR (CM5A Chassis code) but you get the idea. Apparently rare as hens teeth since they were never sold in Aus or the US which makes it difficult finding parts...

You know you drive an Evo,
- when on a nice day, you drive around a puddle to avoid it (even taking the other lane on a two way highway just so your Evo dont get wet - especially if you just washed and waxed it)..
- when muscle car (Mustang, G8, Camaro, etc) drivers gets excited and rev their engine when they see you in a traffic stop light or parking lot..

you know you drive an evo when you go to a subaru car meet and everyone watches you drive in and acts like they dont want to come over and check it out - but keep giving it glances out the sides of their eyes...

when a subaru guy, with less than 1100 miles on his '11 wrx is helping you install a boost gauge on your evo and he looks under my hood, then his, and says, "man, i should have gotten an evo."

When you're willing to sacrifice that extra bedroom, extra garage space, nicer floors/carpet, nicer kitchen, and better location all so you can keep your baby.

Haha I feel ya. I had a stage II 06 WRX I had to say goodbye to when I left and entered grad shcool. I went without a car for two and a half years, then bought my evo X MR. Best and favorite car I have ever owned.
I was driving home SUnday and a guy in his new STI sedan kept looking over at mine and checking it out, pointing to the wheels and vents. Said hello and honked as he kept going.
