My 2005 Evo 8

So I got my hands on a new car that I will be towing to my house Wednesday. I got the title yesterday and I'm getting it notorized today. It's a 2005 Mitsubishi Evo 8. With lower then 30k miles on it. It was picked up in FL and driven back with only 17k miles on it. I'll post more pictures when I get it. But as far as I know it needs

Acd pump Oem rim Fender And a trip to the dealer to reprogram the anti theft.

It's white and in clean condition. The previous owner wrecked the drivers side front end. But it already has a full hks exhaust, hks air filter, and turbo xs rfl bov. I don't have major plans for this other then getting it on the road and having a nice daily driver.

Heres a few picture of the car i just picked it up today. car gets fuel but no spark. it sounds like its cranking good. but the anti-theft light kicks on. probably just going to get the evoscan cable and deactivate the immobilizer.

LOW MILES!

To disable the immobilizer I believe you'd have to use ecuflash, not evoscan. Evoscan is datalogging. Ecuflash is what allows you to change the ecu. I also think you'd need the tefra mod to do so. I could be mistaken though.

Thats great. You figure out the acd pump issue? I also have a 05 ww. I bought mine with a acd fault. Barely fixed it two days ago, dumbest problem I've ever seen. Someone looks to have replaced the battery and disconnected the acd power wire off the terminal, then connected it to the body ground. Hooked it back up. Sure enough, one light for 3 days now!

Sitting outside for 2 years. My friends mom could not afford to fix it and just left it sitting. The motor sounds real good. It's all cleaned out now. Doesn't look bad at all inside. All grime, and trash have been taken out.

I'd take it to a detailing place. Pay some money and have them clean it real good for you. Bet it'll look like new
