Advice on which EVO to chose!

I'm in the market for an evo x as I've just sold my 350z, and I've found two really great options. First one is a red 08 gsr. Mods he's done to it include boost gauge, AMS down pipe, cat back exhaust, HKS BOV (vented), lowered with eibach suspension, and has it e85 tuned with 1350 cc injectors. Looks and drives really great, and only has 27k miles on it. Second option I'm looking at is a completely stock 2010 rotor glow with 17k miles on it. Payments would only be different by 80 bucks a month so not an issue. Just want to have a great DD that I can have fun with. What would you go with? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Search their posts on evom if they have accounts. Find out their history. You may find what issues each may have had. If they raced it. Etc.

Didn't mention it, but the 2010 is at a dealership and the 08 is a local private seller.

If the rotor glow is truly unmolested it's a no brainer. Do your on mods. At least the screw ups will be your own.

id def lean towards the 2010. just run the history on it like everyone said. the fact that its stock and is a rare color is also a plus.

definitely go with the stock one, plus Rotor Glow is an awesome color and it's really rare. I'm bias though haha. I'd never buy a car that had previously been modded though. You just never know if the mods have been done the right way or not.

Thanks everyone for all the responses. I was leaning towards the 2010 since it is all stock, seems like everyone else agrees! Plus the color is gorgeous. I'll def post pictures of it when I pick it up, should be Wednesday.

Right on! If I ever make the jump to a X, that would be the only color I would want. As a matter of fact, I have my eye on one too.
