New proud EvoX onwner - noob

Hi everyone,

FINALLY, after so many years of being in love with Evolutions, I became I proud owner as of Friday!!! This will won't be my first AWD turbocharged car, I've been an owner of a '92 3000GT VR4 for about 6 years now, busted my *** in high school and part of college working to buy that car. It still runs strong! Now that I have this Evo, I will give the Vr4 to my younger brother. Well "trade" his '04 Civic for my VR4. '04 civic daily drive that to work.

Back to the Evo, I was planning in buying a 2013 Evo, little iffy about buying pre-owned. But I came across this, I think I got an amazing deal. Let me know what you guys think. I Bought myself a 2012 Octane Blue GSR with the Sight Sound Package, Sunroof & Leather Package, LED Illumination package, Interior Package & it came with the Rally Mudflaps (I think the mud flaps were installed by the previous owner). The car has only 2600 miles, so practically new in my opinion, I got the car for $31,000 before tax. I couldn't say no to that price with the mileage and the options it had. I bought the car in a Chevy Dealership, according to the sales guy, the previous owner traded in the Evo for a ZL1. These guys at the Chevy dealership didn't really know anything about Evo. At one point, the Dealership owner asked me how much do those type of cars go for with those options.

So what do you guys think? Was this a really good deal?

My name is Hector and I am the Chicago-land Area.

Bought my 08' Octane blue GSR with 20k miles on it for about 18k. All matters what state and location you're buying in. Thankfully south florida has cheap prices for cars.

That deal sounds too good to be true man, should check if its ever been in a accident.
Carfax don't count should double check with mechanic and see if it has any trace of new paint.

Oh trade in that makes sense now, I knew there was something missing in that picture. Enjoy your new ride, and start looking for reputable tuner in your area
