4,5,6. They are DOHC 16 valve labeled and are made of aluminum instead of Magnesium like the 8/9. Just go on to eBay and type in Evo engine in the car section

Is there anyway to tell what evo model a head is? Ive been trying to punch in the numbers it has stamped on it but no luck. The head is supposed to be an evo 8 head but he said he swaped out the cover cus he liked it better.

easiest way for me is the coolant pipe at the heater hose connection. If it has a large outlet it is from an ealier model.
