Your not going to get short changed with an 03-04-- you will hear a lot about all sorts of things, sure the newer model come with a little more as with all car generations but you still get the great car your looking for. be far more concerned with its condition then its year.

actually i talk to my friends with the evo they told me the only difference on 03,04 is that it doesnt have the option of tarmac and gravel and all. And that its unless here since I'm from Texas
