Would a JDM 4g63 like such fit into my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer ES? If not, what swaps can i consider?

that is an eclipse engine everything on the engine is on the wrong side if you look carefully you will notice that all the pullys are on the drivers side of the car. lancers pullys are on the passenger side that engine will not fit. sorry

 

i want the evo engine rather than turbo.. But yeah.. ofcourse turbo the evo engine.... Why cant someone find out how mitsu did there WRC car.. thats an OZ right???

 

im sure spent thousands (i dont mean a couple G's) on just the engine swap alone. you guys have to realize that most of the money spent on engine swaps is the labor fee. the other majority would be the hardware. since the WRC lancer is sponsored by mistubishi, the labor cost is nil.

and ill say this again, there are other cost effective ways to be faster. turbo being one of them. good luck.

 

perhaps trading in your lancer for an evo...? it'll safe lots of work and trouble...
