My girlfriend was *****in when i told her that i decided to get the evo over a blue 350... but she came with me to pick it up and she said she likes it. i think she's telling the truth but she still complains about the seats. she says they hurt her back...

Man, you sound like me.
Last Evo I saw in my neck of the woods was Secret Chimps, and he was just passing through.
I couldn't catch him in time to give any props.
Last time I saw two or more was at E-town last Nov.
I still seem to have the only Evo in my county. Probably in 3 counties.
My dad says he sees a silver evo once and a while coming over the mid-hudson bridge on the way
to work. Maybe it's someone going to one of the local colleges...

Regardless, when I see them I will always try to give respect.

I always try to give them props and then invite them to the meets. Heck I also give props to the Subies. If it were not for them Mitsu probably would not have brought the Evo over.

 

i allway acknowledge other evos i even stop and talk to them when i can. just last night i ran into an evo owner in wilmar MN. apex silver with leather int.

 

I usually give props to any nice car I see. I have had a few experiences with some OZ's were we look at each other give a nice or and then we roll together for awhile. Man I love that. Most of the other rides I see when they roll up all they want to do is race and its all business. Hey I'm a fan of most cars, I don't mind givin props. As far as seeing Evo's one of the guys I work with has one but, other then that I have seen more STI's up here then Evo's. Waiting for a meet sometime.

 

I only saw one other one...and we both thumbed up to start. THEN IT WAS OFF TO THE RACES! We were breaking every law in the book, it looked like a scene out of Starsky and Hutch...we were both laughin our asses off the whole time.

Still dunno who the dood was...but that sure was fun.
