Who is the founder of the site, whose idea who created it...how do people get nominated for moderators, etc??

 

KK (mark) is the Admin so he decides who becomes mods.

 

so how did he become admin?

 

He prolly is the owner of the hole thing or he offered to make it.

 

i wasn't here in the beginning, but pretty close. KK bought the webspace and domain name "lancerforums.com". there weren't evo's around yet so i think the forum mostly covered the USDM lancer. when february came around, the EVO debuted and the EVO forums was added and the name switch to evolutionm.net. that's about it in a nutshell.

The Evo rumors (rumours? ) sub forum was around for a bit over a year before the car. I signed up some time ago to follow the Evo news.
