Struggling Decisions!
Struggling College Student! Driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue but my dream car has been a Evo MR/GSR. Right now I would like an automatic car / daily driver so I need help for a future car idea. Remember struggling college student, so these are my ideas / options? Positive replies and suggestions are appreciated because, I need this for daily more them anything and to last me a while.
A: Lancer ES with minor upgrades, my car knowledge is very small but I have seen good gas mileage with this car. Would love a Evo body kit on the car because that's what I want basically the look ;but I don't want to be a "ricer". Ifi am being one you can let me know. Would include turbo + cold air intake and other smaller things I could learn and I'd be done just for a little faster drive.
B: Used Ralliart because it has everything I want someone I have seen is selling it for 11.5k 2010 with 78k miles on it. I would do nothing to the car but, drive it.

Hey, welcome aboard & thanks for posting
Not sure if I can help. Understand your situation / "college student". Certainly a practical car w/an automatic would be my choice. Im lucky to have a fun daily car that is an auto but have a 2006 EvO as my weekend get-a-way
A used RA might be cool but the miles are sort-of up there if youre going to DD it
Might be better to buy a brand new Toyota / Hyundai type econo car to DD while youre going to school

Yeah makes complete sense; the college meaning I don't have a huge budget. Would love to be in the Mitsubishi club that's why the ES was an idea and I should probably just save up for an MR not practical but it'll probably be everything I want! Just prices are a bit high
Heres a pic of my EvO as she sits today.

Ryan. You are correct. There is something very special about the EvO. It really is a "poors mans" super car.
I just recently had cams & a one step larger turbo installed. It dynoed at 460 wheel HP.
Its a quick car for sure. Most athletic car Ive ever driven. Athletic in the sense of, not only can it go fast in a straight line, it handles the curves as well!
Make sure you check in w/us & update us on your future project
