Picked up my RS
I put a deposit down on an RS about two months ago and it finally arrived last night. I picked it up around noon today in CT. All I can say is WOW is this thing fun to drive. It had 11 miles on the clock when I picked it up and I just pulled in with 364. I need to buy a radio.

Thanks RyanShanley I'm sure I will enjoy it. I drove alot of crappy base model civics for alot of years while in school. You can knock Honda all you want but they make fuel efficient, cheap cars that never break. Only problem is they are boring and slow. I am really happy to be able to afford something as fun as the Evo. This car is amazing. I can't wait till it is broken in some more. I'll probably have 600-700 miles on it by Sunday. Definetely go for the Evo when you get out of school.
BTW. I went by a good friends house tonight in Providence on my tour of southern N.E.. He drives a saab normally. I had told him all about the Evo and he was kind of a non-believer. I let him drive it a little bit and he was dumbstruck by the Evo's handling and power. He wouldn't shut up about it.

Congrats on the purchase. I already have 3,000 miles on mine
If you need any help getting that radio in, just let me know. I just put one into mine last night. It was a breeze since I used an OEM radio.
But I was unable to figure out how to get the front door panels off to put in front speakers, namely because I couldn't get the manual window crank off.
So let me know if you figure it out, and we can help each other.
P.S. It comes stock with mounting brackets for the radio, so you don't have to get those from somewhere. The mounting brackets are bolted in the dash. You'll see it when you open it up.
