Lancer Wheel Torque Spec

What is the proper torque to have the wheels put back on at? I had to take one off to get it repaired as it went flat but I am not sure what torque it should be set at on the car again.

I have an OZ Rally with stock rims.

Yup 80-90ft/lbs is generally the torque specs, but being mags you have to retorque it a week later to see if they are tight.
