Beleveie me it is a small trade off, and I do love this car, it was just an observation. This Forum is great and all the feedbak has been very insightful.

Anybody who knows how to ride a sportbike understands: it's a limitation of the design of the vehicle. You sacrifice some user friendliness for performance.

I used to drive an '01 eclipse and let me tell ya, its turning radius was much worse. Yeah, it sounds impossible, but is was definitely worse...like a whole half lane bigger on a u-turn!

I've noticed the same thing, U turns arn't really bad for me. It's backing into my garage ( I live on a narrow street ). I just think you have to give up something to get something better. In this case (AWD)

i evolved from an 02 beetle, it had probably the best turning radius of any car i have ever owned. i am still getting used to it, vw did a good thing with that. i am still getting used to the evo, but hey its give and take. and well, well, well worth it.

There's far worse folks. I have a 3G Eclipse and I'm looking at several feet more than I will have when I get my MR.

My MR will be the tighest turning vehicle I've ever owned.
