Dual Exhaust?

Can this be done on a 2003 Auto OZ Lancer?

I love the look of dual exhaust. I don't want to put a fake pipe either. Anyone done or seen it done?

FYI: Run a search on what you are looking for. You would be supprised on what questions have been asked. Just letting you know so that when people answer with "Run a search noob" you will know why.

This is a looks mod only on this car. adding a 2nd pipe adds weight, removes backpressure. Have fun though. That guy in Montreal did a clean *** job with his dual.

i know 3 guys that have done it. dodge neon, honda civic, pontiac grand am. they all look and sound great. the only thing i would suggest is have an experienced shop install/modify it for you. i've seen a couple really bad setups installed by ghetto shops.

youre car will sound louder and in some other peoples oppinions, make it look good.

But your car will be slower, for the reasons enginerboy said. dual exhaust isnt meant for 4 cycl. only 6 and higher...but if your just going to show off your car and not race then its up to you.

Go for it! Two exhausts are better than one right!

wrong two exhausts arent always better than one. if you dont have enough air going into the engine to move through both exhaust pipes what is the point. not to mention on a inline engine, i.e. 4 cyl, or inline 6, you cant run true duals so there isnt really a point excpet for looks.
