EVO X Heads, Blocks, Internals! Manley, Cosworth, Kelford, BC & more!!
We've been selling and building the 4B11 already and it's showing more and more promise... might have a little something something to share with you guys soon too. We'll see what happens!
We're really trying to take the bull by the horns here and offer some great products for those already looking to really make statements with this new beast!
We've already been working on cylinder heads and have over seas guys on some stuff to see how it goes. So far, it's pretty good!
This thread will be our 1 stop engine parts thread for everything inside the 4B11! We're talking down and dirty!

PLATINUM SERIES LIGHTWEIGHT PISTONS
9:1 Compression, standard and .20 over bore available!
TURBO TUFF I BEAM RODS
Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Our signature "Turbo Tuff" design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" APR 2000 cap bolts.
PRO SERIES VALVE SPRINGS RETAINER KIT
Manley valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. Each design minimizes stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. Retainers are manufactured in our own double spindle CNC machines to exacting tolerances and precise installed height specifications.

Stage 2 - 272* Ok with stock springs
Stage 3 - 280* Requires Upgrade springs
Valve Spring and Retainer Kit
Designed for high rpm, BC valve springs are wound from only the highest grade, super clean, chrome silicone alloy and feature proprietary processing procedures for consistent pressures. BC titanium retainers are CNC machined from 6AL4V round bar titanium to exacting tolerances.
4B11 STAINLESS STEEL VALVES
BC valves are made from premium stainless steel, fully machined and swirl polished for ultimate air flow. Dished head for added weight savings and increased valve control at high rpm. Standard and oversize head.
4B11 STROKER KITS
The 4B11 stroker kit from Brian Crower features:

Cams!
Ground from new Cosworth billets, these camshafts for the Mitsubishi EVO X will provide substantial power gains while remaining drivable in all conditions. Additionally, these can be installed using the original valve springs if the original rev limiter is retained. If the rev limited is raised, upgraded Cosworth valve springs (20004845) should be used in conjunction with these cams.
Cosworth High RPM Valve Springs are wound from the world's finest Japanese Kobe steel and feature dual chamfered ends to reduce wear on seats and retainers. Our High performance springs have been engineered with increased seat pressure along with higher lift capability for optimum performance potential and improved valve control. Single spring design allows easy installation with no machining required and is perfect for typical high performance use. Compatible with OE spring retainers.
H11 Head Stud Kit
Essential for high performance engine builds, heavy duty head studs reduce cylinder head movement in high boost or high compression engines optimizing cylinder head to block sealing. Cosworth Ultra High Performance Head Studs are manufactured from H11 tool steel with 260,000psi tensile strength and come complete with nuts and washers. Manufactured with hex broach end for ease of installation. Additionally, genuine Cosworth head studs utilize a base seating feature to evenly distribute maximum load on the stud and not the threads. This feature is typically found only in high level race engines.
Head Gaskets
Cosworth High Performance Head Gaskets are engineered to seal in power under the most
demanding conditions. Constructed from stainless steel with a folded stopper layer, each application features superior sealing compared to conventional multi layer steel gaskets. Additionally, Cosworth High Performance Head Gaskets are manufactured from pre-coated
die cut stainless steel resulting in uniform coating distribution and consistent shape.
