There's already like 15 people interested in FRP version, an I also agree, somewhere between 500-600 would be optimal pricing.

wow am i glad i brought this one back to life. im in for frp as soon as its ready. assuming of course, like everyone says, it comes out a fair amount cheaper than the carbon. i understand overseas shipping is very expensive, however with enough people interested it should definitely offset some of the cost right?

FRP is a great alternative, but $500 is highly unlikely. I'd estimate around $700-$800.

^Yeah.... As if I needed another reminder of how sick this trunk looks on the X! Especially on Carrito's ride! Although, now you can tease us with a pic of the FRP getting made..... lol

Is it just the angle or is there a slight fitment issue? Looks like from this angle, the lights mounted on the trunk are slightly higher than the outter tail lights....

^Well look at that....you're right. I wonder if that can be adjusted when the FRP is made. Still, sexy as hell

Its funny no one said anything about that too, lets just hope its an install issue and not a manufacturing error from an almighty JDM company

Im down for an FRP trunk as well

do any of you know roughly what to expect as far as weight from an FRP trunk? the only reason i ask is that i have no previous expeirence with bodykits/panels or anything but I do know antics22 weighed the CF trunk at 12.5 pounds, so I was wondering if any of you with expeirence with FRP could give an estimate for comparison. thanks!

+1, anyone know the weight of the OEM trunk without wing? Not that it will make a difference, since it is a nice looking trunk. Hopefully the fit on the PR one can just be adjusted. Would hate to cough up that kind of $ and be stuck with that fitment.

Yes it was in that picture, we did not have the struts installed. The fitment is A+++ by the way, props for Du-Luck, great product!
