Any fender rolling or spacers required on 18x9.5 +15 on Swift Springs and 245/40/18 or 265/35/18?

Yes, you will have to roll the rear due to the +15 offset. A 245 will fit under the front fenders and rear fenders (with the roll) but a 265 will rub up front.
