Nice, is there easy access to drain it or do you just pull the return tube off?

We just pull the return tube and pump it since it's located on the bottom.

We want to try 50* post intercooler temps again but in a refined more compact package.

Justin,
For daily use a water-to-air system is not ideal as with a standard cooler and heat exchanger, the best you'll be able to do is get the water to within 20 degrees of ambient, and then charge air to within 20 degrees of the water for a 40 degree difference between ambient and charge air temperature. The only reason it's a better solution for an all our race car is that you can run ice water and get the water temp down near freezing. Getting charge air to within 20 degrees of freezing is great for a single drag pass, but that full tank of ice will be melted completely by the end of one pass so it's not really reasonable for a street driven car. Our air to ar intercoolers will get your chare air temps to within 20 degrees of ambient on their own and obviously require no maintenance whatsoever, so that's the best choice for a street car.

lol doesnt look like its good for daily driver. I have to look into BMW new water-air coolers and see why they are so effecient.. They are small, suoer effecient, conatail a in-line pump and a small resevior...its not even mounted in the bumper area... although it still uses a small intercooler...hmmm
