I think that's mika blue, not eb, check the evo IX color poll, it lists the colors they currently have in Japan.

I would definately like to purchase that carbon fiber Ralliart front lip, when the EVO IX is available here. IMO it looks hotter than the Do-Luck and Varis cf lips. I just hope I don't get raped on the price of it.

I think the blue is a straight IX / GSR

The silver was the MR.

Yea, looking back at the MR and when it was supposed to be here, I would say late Sept. early Oct., but I don't have any secret sources or Mitsu hook ups so...well...thats why I say, and I quote, "I would say late Sept". 8)

Most magazine sources say "fall 05" and leaves the rest to interpretation / speculation.

Also new is the MIVEC variable valve control system, which Mitsubishi says has been tuned to boost the engine's low-end response. It really works, too. Flooring the accelerator pedal in any gear now sends the car surging forward instantly as long as there's more than 2,500rpm showing on the tachometer. Older Evos only started to look lively at around 3,000rpm.

Only downside I see to the IX is the weight gain. I read that the car will gain 100 pounds to perform better in crash testing.
