It's in the EVOIX article of Best Motoring international. They state that the GT version (basically the US straight IX) get the Yoko A046 tires. I'll watch the Evo Strikes Back DVD and see if they got the A046 then too.

Wow thanks for the link, very detailed info and enjoyed reading it. The IX should be a bad *** car. Ok, sorry but I'm just a little confused on part, so the GSR and RS are going to have even shorter gears? Acceleration which is already awesome would improve, but wouldn't this effect top speed? Sorry for the noob question.
