I have been ready to buy the new IX MR in Graphite... Love the color. I just looked at the UK Mitsubishi site at the color selection.... and don't see graphite as an option. i think i saw the same colors on the japan site.

yah, no graphite gray, that was known before we knew that we werent getting the evo IX rear and we're getting the evo8 rear instead

 

graphite grey will still be available on the MR

EDIT: Never mind, I looked at that U.K. link and see that all the colors' names are changed. Amethist Black looks like it might have some metallic in it .

why would they change rally red.. its a rally car afterall.. flame red sounds like some kinda corvette paint.

hmmm no mention of the MR version on the link so how do you know the MR doesn't come in graphite gray?

 

My specutlation is there are no such things as 06 MR's outside the USDM. If you look at all the markets for the EVO IX there are no GG cars. Why would they just paint that for the USDM? I think that would be cost prohibitive for Mitsubishi. Until someone shows me a pick of one or some kind of proof, I doubt there will be any GG EVO IX MR's or any trim level.

 

yes your are correct its not a MR outside of the U.S. oversea's they're the GS-R and our GS-R is their GT
