Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X: [ACS] test

Wow! The car looked very stable throughout the course THEN I realized the track was wet! Very impressed.
I'd stick with the 5MT. It'll be awhile before the ECU detectives can crack the SST software to allow any real modifications.

I've driven VW's DSG and am in love with it. SST sounds even better and more racing-oriented. From what I've read, they both kick the tar out of Ferrari's F1 transmission.

but keep in mind that the dual clutch technology is banned in F1, because apparently it works too well . So they're stuck with the good old single clutch pack design, although it has 5 clutch disks and weight almost nothing

Im sure it works better; that is to say, faster, but the ferrari F1 tranny works well with (1)high hp (2) and from the looks of it has more feeling. I dont want to be WOT pull the paddle and (smooth as a whistle) im in second

I thought the same thing when I saw the video. The engine tone is very similar to Honda's K20s, right down to the low-speed slow-down growl. The K20 is a pretty good sounding engine for a four-cylinder, so that's a plus. I can't wait to hear one of these in person.
